NTXHL Playoffs are Scheduled

To All Teams
 
We have been getting requests to personalize the playoff schedules. The schedule has been out for 3 weeks and reviewed by the Board and the Age Group and Division Commissioners. The League has tried to put together a schedule that would make it easier for each team by play all their games at one rink. There have been 304 games schedule over the 3 weeks, with the ice schedule available the League has done the best it could. All on-ice officials and scorekeepers have been schedule and we will not entertain any other requests.
 
There have been changes in the last 24 hours to deal with double bookings and some games have moved 15 minutes to help with the resurfacing schedule. Also cleared up the Squirt A division where there were 3 games for 2 teams on Saturday (2 games now will be played Fri PM).
 
Please review your schedules one more time to make sure you have the latest

Hockey Gear SMELLS and there is a reason that it does....it may be full of harmful Bacteria

Bring your hockey gear to Addison Square Garden for a professional cleaning with a system 14 NHL teams are using today to get out the bacteria and other harmful stuff in your child’s hockey gear. The charge is $35.00 for ALL your child’s gear including the helmet which is a home for this ugly stuff........Each child’s gear will be cleaned on the spot in about 16 minutes. 

Wednesday the 20th starting at 6:00 p.m.  

 Monday the 25th starting at 6:00 p.m.

Monday the 3rd of March starting at 6:00 p.m.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your input to the Dallas Hawks Board 

3 Main Points Were Made.....

1. Poor Communication from the Board to the Parents on the status of ASG           

2. Poor Management of the Board to deal effectively with the issue of not having home ice for two months and not making proper arrangements for alternative ice.  

3. Mishandling of the Spirit Wear and delays of team uniforms.

We agree with ALL of these points and will or have taken corrective action to make retributions and plans NOT to allow these issues to repeat again.

Overall most everyone is having a good experience and is pleased with their teams and their coaches. We have much work to still do and are grateful for the Players, Parents and Coaches who have supported the Dallas Hawks Youth Hockey Association in our first season.

 About the Dallas Hawks Hockey Board

All Hawks Hockey Board members are parents (with the exception of Brent Severyn) who have one or more players playing with the Dallas Hawks. All Board members have paid in full for each of their children to play on their Hawks teams. Each Board member is a Volunteer and does not receive any financial benefit from serving on the Hawks Board
